One word captures the heart of my work: Unbound.

For too long, so many of us have been bound by inner critics, old beliefs, and the roles we thought we had to play to feel safe, accepted, or loved.

Being unbound means loosening those bindings and stepping into who you truly are.

Not who you were taught to be.
Not who others expect you to be.
But the real you—the one who is free, awake, and unapologetically alive.

I created The Unbound Community to be a space where we practice unbinding together—laying down the “shoulds,” softening self-judgment, and supporting one another as we discover what freedom looks like now.

Because the world needs what you have to offer. And it’s so much easier—and more joyful—when we do it in community.

About Your Guide

Hi, I’m Dr. Jane Tornatore.

I’m a therapist-turned-coach, author, and self-compassion teacher. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people in quieting the inner critic, releasing perfectionism, and creating lives filled with more ease, joy, and authenticity.

My work blends neuroscience, compassion, and lived wisdom. I believe real change doesn’t come from striving harder. It comes from kindness, awareness, and the support of community.

I’m looking forward to being your guide as you begin your own journey toward freedom—the kind that starts within.
