What if love had nothing to do with worthiness?

I was stretching the other day when a memory hit me—an experience I’ve been sharing with clients, and now I want to share it with you.

I had imagined myself in a field of love. You can picture it however you want… for me, it was a blanket of white light all around me. Pure. Gentle. Present.

And then—like clockwork—those familiar voices inside me started speaking up:
“You don’t deserve this.”
“You should be ashamed.”
“This isn’t for you.”

And in that moment… something shifted.
I didn’t argue with them.
I didn’t try to fix or change them.
I simply said:
“I see you, shame. And… love is here. I’m here. So why not just let it in?”

And I did.

It was a miracle of simplicity. I let it in—not because I earned it. Not because I proved I was worthy. But because I was there, and love was there, and I decided to receive it.

What if worthiness isn’t required?
What if deserving has nothing to do with it?
What if we just choose?

Try it. Try saying: “Love is here. I’m here. I’ll let it in.”
No earning. No fighting. Just choosing.

Let me know what happens when you do.
