What if your body is wiser than your mind?
Something beautiful came through while I was working with a client recently (this happens a lot when I’m deeply present).
The phrase was:
Your body is your sacred barometer.
So often we live up in our heads—spinning, planning, judging, questioning—and forget to drop into the body that’s quietly holding all the wisdom.
Our body is not a machine to push through the day. It’s not an afterthought.
It’s a sacred guide.
It signals when something is right. It tenses when something is off. It softens when we’re safe.
It knows.
Try this on for yourself today:
💛 Put your hand on your heart.
💛 Say: “My body is my sacred barometer.”
💛 Breathe.
💛 Notice what shifts.
You don’t have to figure everything out with your brain.
Your body is always here, gently pointing you back to truth.
And if you want some support learning how to listen more deeply, I offer a free 20-minute discovery call to see if we’d be a good fit to work together.

With love (and deep breath),
Jane
